Co-Owner, Optometry Practice Management and Recruitment Specialist
Roelize has been involved in the Optometric Industry for sixteen years. She spent eight years working within an Optometry practice. Roelize was a practice manager for three years managing a large, successful, retail Optometry practice with fourteen staff members. She has first-hand experience of recruitment, training, management and working with staff, within a practice and she understands the needs of both candidates and practitioners. Within the last nine years as a Recruitment and Placement specialist she has forged very close relationships with customers. Roelize has developed and maintained a large database of clients and candidates within both the Optometry and Ophthalmology industries.
About ARC - Erwin
Optometrist and Masters Degree in Business Management
Erwin qualified as an Optometrist in 1988 and obtained his Master Degree in Business Management in 1998. He has been involved in private practice, franchises, partnerships as well as group practice. He has extensive knowledge in recruitment, human resources, operations, training, coaching and practice leadership/management functions. Erwin has been a director of a large group owning 75 optometry practices and gained extensive experience in all aspects of operations and management within Optometry Practices. He has a passion to assist and train Optometrist’s and staff to manage their practice to achieve excellence and success. Erwin has a great passion for mentoring, leadership and management training.
