Description
Optometrist required to join a new up upcoming practice in Linksfield, Eastern Johannesburg. Must have at least 2 years experience. The salary will be according to experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive eye examinations and analyze results,
- Evaluate patients for the presence of diseases and conditions, such as diabetes or hypertension, and refer patients to other healthcare providers as needed,
- Diagnose sight problems,
- Prescribe spectacles, contact lenses, and other visual aids,
- Promote eye and general health by counseling patients,
- General practice administration and management.
Qualifications
- Required Optometry Qualification.
- HPCSA Registration.
- CPD points must be up to date.
